Greg Harding
Greg Harding is entering his eighth season with the Vancouver NE Chiefs program. The Surrey, B.C. native has been involved in minor hockey for 20 years, previously assuming roles with the Richmond Sockeyes of the Pacific Junior Hockey League (PJHL) and Langley Minor Hockey Association.
Greg Harding is entering his eighth season with the Vancouver NE Chiefs program. The Surrey, B.C. native has been involved in minor hockey for 20 years, previously assuming roles with the Richmond Sockeyes of the Pacific Junior Hockey League (PJHL) and Langley Minor Hockey Association.
Harding played his minor hockey at Burnaby Winter Club and Langley Minor Hockey Association before going on to play for the Delta Ice Hawks, Queens Park Pirates and Richmond Sockeyes of the PJHL. Harding also works full-time with BC Hydro.
U18 AAA

Ken Guthrie
Ken Guthrie is in his seventh season coaching with the Vancouver NE Chiefs and his second as head coach of the Chiefs' U18 AAA side. He grew up in Burnaby, B.C. and began coaching with Burnaby Minor Hockey Association. Guthrie started with the U18 AAA Chiefs as a Video Coach and was the head coach of the U17 AAA team for three seasons.

Guthrie enjoys the competitive environment and working with players to help them achieve their goals while building connections and helping them become better players and people.
U17 AAA

Ty Babych
Ty Babych takes on the role of head coach of the U17 Vancouver NE Chiefs in his first season in the BCEHL. A coach in the minor hockey ranks for over 10 years, Babych has coached with various minor hockey associations, including most recently with Coquitlam MHA and Tri-Cities Female MHA.

Originally from North Vancouver, Babych played two seasons with the Squamish Wolf Pack of the Pacific Junior Hockey League. Outside of hockey, Babych works as a Building Manager, overseeing three buildings in the Vancouver area.
U15 AAA

Roshen Jaswal
After spending the 2023-24 season as assistant coach with the U17 Vancouver NE Chiefs, Roshen Jaswal takes the reins as head coach of the U15 Chiefs for the 2024-25 campaign. Working full-time in hockey skill development, Jaswal has been a coach in minor hockey for five seasons at the U13 and U15 levels, with Surrey Minor Hockey Association and in Northfield, Minnesota.

Over four seasons of junior hockey, Jaswal played with the PJHL’s Aldergrove Kodiaks, Grandview Steelers, along with stops in Ontario with the Fort Frances Lakers and the Kanata Lasers. Jaswal then attended St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, where he skated with the school’s hockey team, and obtained a degree in Kinesiology and Business Management. Jaswal played three seasons of professional hockey in the ECHL, Federal Prospects Hockey League, and the Southern Pacific Hockey League.
